Billy "Scott" Stanfill, 64, a longtime resident of Steamboat Springs, passed away on August 2, 2014. He is survived by his sister Deborah Stanfill, brother Bob Stanfill, son Preston Stanfill and daughter Melanie Butler. A private memorial will be held this weekend.
