Obituary for Carol Ann Rhodes

Carol Ann Rhodes of Yuma, AZ passed on May 21, at the Yuma Memorial Hospital, after suffering from congestive heart failure. She was 75.
Carol was born in Chicago, Ill. on July 26, 1940 the daughter of William P Cote’ and Nellie Ada Sample Cote’.
In 1960 Carol moved to Hayden, CO, and married the love of her life, Kenneth Rhodes in May 1961. She was a ranch wife and mother of three, she enjoyed driving school bus, being a member of the Hayden Civic Club, and owned and operated a teen club. Kenneth and Carol retired in Yuma after nearly two decades of RV life and had many friends from coast to coast.
Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth in 2011; parents and brother Robert Cote’.
Carol is survived by her sister, Elinor K. Williams of Meeker; daughter Karen Gilroy (Tim) of Hayden, CO; daughter Glenda Rhodes of Craig, son Irl Rhodes (Deborah) of Rochester WA. Grandchildren Tony and Sarah Gilroy, Laura Oatman, Bobbie Hanna, and Heidi Hildebrandt. Great grandchildren, Graycee and Braden Hanna, Preston and Gabriel Castor, Derek Jacobo, Logan Oatman and Tatum Hildebrandt.
