She is survived by Daughter, Melissa Martindale (Tony), Grandchildren, Peyton Martindale (Katylynn), Mackenzie Martindale, great grandchild Evalynn, her Father, two Sisters, and a Brother. She was preceded in death by her Mother and her husband, Dale McNutt.
